After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/SMS from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Products are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours.
We offer free shipping on all orders all over Pakistan. The projected delivery time for all domestic orders are 4-5 business days.
VESTES tries that you feel comfortable buying the
items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the
better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about
any cancellations at your earliest.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it’s important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the item.
Customers can return product if they does not satisfied with it.
1- Login to your account
2- Click "Returns" link in "Customer Service" (at the bottom of vestesofficial.com) and fill up the form
Just go that link and return it.
After that our customer center representative will call you and do the rest.
